24 Hour Reception
Our staff are here to assist you 24 hours a day, although please let us know if you are arriving after midnight so we know to expect you. Our landline is (02) 9281 6030. For issues when reception is closed, please call the night caretaker on 0435 995 085.
Note: Reception is not open 24 hours. Please let us know when you’ll be arriving so we can make sure you’ll have a smooth check-in.
Unlimited Free Wi-Fi
We provide unlimited free wifi throughout the building. Get connected, share your experiences, apply for those essential working holiday jobs and plan your onward travel.
Free Luggage Storage
If you arrive before check-in time (2PM), we will store your bags for free until check-in; we also provide luggage storage after check out until 10PM at no charge.
Overnight storage is $5 per bag per night. If you are not a guest, you can find luggage storage in Sydney with our partners at Bounce, or book directly at reception.
Roof Top Terrace
Enjoy a warm summer afternoon relaxing on our sunny rooftop terrace. The terrace is a popular place for guests to meet new friends, chill out after a night out in Sydney or relax after a long day sight seeing.
Laundry Facilities
We have coin operated Washing Machines and Dryers that cost $4 each to use which are accessible 24 hours a day.
24 Hour Facilities
Our kitchen, lounge/dining area and laundry facilities are open 24 hours for you to use. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. Netflix is provided on our extra large flatscreen TV in the lounge room.
